16 ARTS, CRAFT AND CULTURE Opening Event: The Jefferson Grid by Helen Fraser All ages Hear artist Helen Fraser discuss the use of use of quilting as an artform to celebrate the official opening of The Jefferson Grid exhibition at the new Hume Global Learning Centre –Sunbury gallery. Helen uses quilting and drawing to explore links between 'The Jefferson Grid' (a standard land surveying technique in USA) and her reflection on the history of the Sunbury landscape.
